This project straddled two of the main taxiways in the heart of the Vancouver International Airport. The scope of work includes relocation of sand pre-load and the excavation and relocation of native material for a combined total of 600,000 c.m.

Also, a crushed gravel cap including grading to +/- 5mm tolerance across ~80,000 sq.m. of future apron was installed.

Edge lighting, power distribution, civil works, line painting, fencing and concrete block wall construction.

All critical milestones were met and the project was executed in harmony with the airport operations thru a 24 hour a day schedule spanning approximately 7 months.
